The high
profile position of VP Finance is responsible for the strategic,
long-range financial planning of Consilnet. Taking into account the
Big Picture, recognizing potential risks and problems, and making
predictions with logical suggestions and alternatives. We are not
merely seeking a numbers-cruncher, but someone who can use the
information gathered from operations and financial analyses to manage
the Company's strategic decision-making process. Qualified candidates
will be expert in all aspects of accounting policies and practices,
including project and operations budgeting, finance strategies and
methodologies, and risk/liability issues.
Make
recommendations to improve policies & procedures, reporting systems
and internal structure. This position will also involve Budget
management, AP management, deposit analysis, transfer pricing, cost of
funds and general ledger high -level oversight Coordinate, prepare and
review all financial records including financial statements, General
Ledger, Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting.
Will
direct accounting department's financial planning and reporting,
accounting practices, cash asset management and treasury as well as
its relationship with "Big 5" independent public accountants.
In this
position you will be responsible for the design and implementation of
the organizations' entire accounting function including policy and
procedure. You will also assist with negotiations with Venture Capital
Funds, Investors, Partners etc, wherever it involves potential
financial transactions. You will have a working knowledge of what it
entails to take a company public or engage in a merger or acquisition.
Experience in the high tech and/or service sector desired. CPA, strong
SEC knowledge and leadership skills are essential.
Previous, Demonstrated Management Experience in a service environment
that is operations driven. Ability to give business leaders strategic
options to take swift actions, keeping the business profitable,
progressive, and leading edge. Excellent interpersonal communication
skills at all levels of the business, from top to bottom.
CPA,
MBA, 5+ years experience with 2+ years as senior financial analyst in
industry.
